Yes — every price you see includes GST. The amount on the page is the amount you pay; a GST invoice is issued for every purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, all major debit and credit cards, and net banking. For yearly plans we can also arrange 3-month instalments — mention it when you talk to us.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you've purchased a plan with counselling sessions and change your mind before your first session, you get a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked. After the first session, remaining unused sessions are refunded proportionally.

Can I upgrade a plan later?

Anytime. Whatever you've already paid is fully adjusted against the higher plan — you only pay the difference.

Are there discounts for schools or groups?

Yes — partner schools get institutional rates for assessments and workshops, and sibling/group enrolments get a discount. See the For Schools page or ask us on WhatsApp.
